Friday, September 25, 2009. Thank you elson for the reminder. anyway, since i wont be around for the next week or 2, or 3, i do hope training still goes on. Casey just started his attchment, elson tends to be pretty busy, so if neither are around, i've asked for a senior's help. some of you would've met him already. it's Nic Lim. he has experience in training of course, and he is also determined to improve himself. So guys, lets work together and train real hard for this ivp. make ourselves proud!

IVP season is almost here. we just got the latest info and its set on the 31st Oct and 1st Nov at sports school, hosted by SP. not that you guys need to know that but ya. So the events are listed below. Just a word of warning though. don't be too disappointed if you guys dont get a chance to take part. we know most of you would. some might be able to but not get the events they want. There will be a time trial held somewhere around mid august? 4 x 50 Metres Freestyle.

Mondays no training due to cleaning of swimming pool. Wednesday and friday training time is 8.30am to 10.30am. Except for 23rd june, training is from 8.30 to 10am. Hype for land training on mondays? Wednesday, April 7, 2010. The CCA Fiesta will last over 2 days. Date : 19 and 20 April 2010 (Mon and Tues). Time : 10.00am - 6.00pm. And we need people to be on duty (at least one person to be there at any point of time! Try to see which time slots will suit your timetable! Please bring along your swimming stuffs (goggles,cap,swimming trunks/suits). We will mainly have some get-to-know you session and a tryout to access your speed and level. HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE. The girls met up with jer earlier to celerbrate her birthday. went to waraku pasta to have dinner and gave jer's present there, we gave her something that we bought from the maternity section of dorothy perkins lol but its still fits though, we then headed to esplanade to chit chat and to take photos:).
