Nicholas Virgo composes for instrumental and electronic resources. He began in the day when tape music was still made with tape, on tape recorders with editing blocks, razor blades and sticky, splicing tape. He has had pieces performed by Jane Chapman, Opus 20, the Composers Ensemble and has composed for dance, installation and music-theatre.
