I peeled cored and cubed about 10 cups of apples added some water, sugar and cinnamon. Set the crock pot on low and . 8 hours later some very mushy apples that I used the potato masher on to create "applesauce". They turned out a little sweet for my liking but the little man did not seem to mind. All in all I would call it a success.
