Travels and Thoughts: Quick Thought on Growing Up
http://josh-travels.blogspot.com/2011/07/quick-thought-on-growing-up.html
Quick Thought on Growing Up. When did everything change? I used to SPRINT to answer the phone when someone called, even if it wasnt for me. I used to wait by the window, watching for the mail man to deliver the mail so I could run out and get it. It was usually never for me. . Now, I rarely answer my phone and loathe checking the mail, even the once or twice a week that I actually remember to do so. . When did phone calls stop making me feel special, and mail stop giving me hope? View my complete profile.

Travels and Thoughts: Adventures in Homeownership
http://josh-travels.blogspot.com/2010/07/adventures-in-homeownership.html
I haven't blogged in a while, but I feel compelled to share the last few weeks' activities. It's exhausting, so take a deep breath and stretch a little before we continue . Ok. Two weeks ago, I had VBS all week at the church. Enough said about that. It was exactly as tiring as it sounds. That was all followed by the typical Saturday night gig and Sunday morning churchin'. So, instead of having to buy and install a new water heater, I turned off the gas and water lines, and called them to set up an appoin...

Travels and Thoughts: Dreamer
http://josh-travels.blogspot.com/2010/01/dreamer.html
I discovered "sequencing" back then, too, and would stay up till really late at night "orchestrating" little tunes I would write. I learned alot about how music is put together. My old Korg O1W/fd doesn't work anymore, so I've lost all access I had to those pieces. I'd love to hear them now to see how I've grown (or haven't). What this blog is about: Life. Id like to fix that old Korg just enough to get those melodies off of it! You are precious to me! February 15, 2010 7:19 PM. View my complete profile.

The Taylor Family: Dinner With Chuck E Cheese
http://thetaylorfamilys.blogspot.com/2011/08/nathan-is-quickly-approaching-3-years.html
Sunday, August 7, 2011. Dinner With Chuck E Cheese. Nathan is quickly approaching 3 years! We would like for him to be fully potty trained. He was doing so well in June. Every time he and I went out on a daily outing, he always was wearing underwear instead of pull-ups. Nathan was excited about using the potty - no matter where we went. His pee pee accidents were few and far between, and he was only wearing training pants at night. Until July 15th came along! Nathan needed a night out with his parents wi...

The Taylor Family: Bluebell Creamery: Touring the Ice Cream Factory!!!
http://thetaylorfamilys.blogspot.com/2011/08/bluebell-creamery-touring-ice-cream.html
Sunday, August 14, 2011. Bluebell Creamery: Touring the Ice Cream Factory! On Friday, Chris took the day off so that we could go to the Bluebell Creamery in Brenham, Texas. We had wanted to go there for a while now, but had not yet been because it is only open during the weekdays. So, now that Chris' parents are here visiting, we felt like it was a good time to go. Once underway, Nathan enjoyed seeing how the Bluebell ice cream is made. I think that us adults enjoyed seeing it too! You also will be revea...

The Taylor Family: A Morning of Fun For Nathan
http://thetaylorfamilys.blogspot.com/2011/08/morning-of-fun-for-nathan.html
Friday, August 5, 2011. A Morning of Fun For Nathan. On Tuesday, Chris was able to stay home with us from work. To take advantage of this, I suggested that we take Nathan somewhere really fun. Chris was working from home, so we could not be away for too long. Nathan absolutely had a blast there! Unlike the last couple of times we have been to these sort of places in the past 2 years, he was not at all afraid of the noise. He jumped on the jumpy parts and slid down all of the slides! Dinner With Chuck E C...

The Taylor Family: February 2011

Thursday, February 17, 2011. 16 Week OB Visit. Today I went to see my obstetrician for my 16 week appointment. I started off the visit by sitting down with the OB counselor to go over the costs of maternity care. I was told by her that I have a deductible to meet and will have to pay three payments of about $240 each. I listened quietly while getting a little irritated inside. Then, I had to venture on down to the lab to get more blood work done to screen for Spina Bifida. Yuck - I abhor needles! Overall...

Laura's Lounge: February 2009
http://thelauralounge.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html
Friday, February 27, 2009. A day after I told my friend Nicki I hate throwing up, I woke up extremely nauseous. And proceeded to throw up everything in my body. Go figure. A doctor's visit, 2 shots and one very patient husband later, I am feeling better but still really weak. I hate stomach viruses! Thankfully, Adam is not sick, and my fever has broken. There's some nasty stuff floating around out there, so keep washing your hands, friends! I'm off to drink some more Gatorade. Sunday, February 15, 2009.

Laura's Lounge: Pregnancy Pics
http://thelauralounge.blogspot.com/2010/02/pregnancy-pics.html
Saturday, February 20, 2010. Back in January our friend Ashley took some photos of us-I was around 28 weeks. We had so much fun with her! I'm not one to usually post pics of my belly, but this is a special case since it does hold the babies! Here are a few of the pics from our time together. Are you going to frame a few for the babies room? I think so.not sure which ones yet, but we thought we would put a few in there! I love the one with the pink and blue bows. :). Oh, Laura, these are beautiful!
