Tuesday, May 15, 2012. You're Like a Mother". A few months ago, during a difficult time, I decided that I wasn't going to go to Church on Mother's Day this year. I just didn't have the emotional strength to sit through it and I didn't want to make a fool of myself (and draw unwanted attention) by crying through all the meetings. I told Nick and he gently told me that he would support me in what ever decision I made. I felt the love of my Savior and Heavenly Father stronger than I have in a long time.

Monday, April 16, 2012. Nick told them that he wanted to talk to his current employer and they increased their offer! They gave us the weekend to think about it and this morning Nick accepted the position. He'll graduate with a real grown up job with a real grown up salary! His comes at a time when the medical bills are increasing, we've been seeing a fertility specialist which equals lots of $ (insurance doesn't pay for infertility). Links to this post.
