The old town of Valencia was really nice with little streets, beautiful buildings and restaurants. We caught up with our good friend Hannah Ryan who we haven’t seen in a year as she has been living in London. That afternoon we chilled out at the local swimming pools and had paella for lunch. Nick and Mel's Adventure. We are a few countries behind in our blog but we are striving to catch up. We are currently in London and loving it but here’s our account of Berlin. After leaving Dresden we stopped off a few hours later at the memorial for the soviet soldiers that fought and died freeing Berlin from the Nazis. It was huge and impressive. Nick and Mel's Adventure. That night we went to a football (soccer) game with our Topdeck friends Daniel and Euan who also happened to be in Barcelona. We saw RCD Espanyol vs Real Zaragoza. We have never seen a church like the Sagrada Familia. When Nick and I stepped inside and looked around, we both got teary. It was so beautiful.
