Cheryl Frederickson's Blog: August 2011
http://cherylfrederickson.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, August 25, 2011. When I think of Juanita Kay that is what comes to mind. Back in the day when I was 24, felt inadequate or overwhelmed, she would plow through life like a bull in a china shop taking me along for the ride. I was impressed. When her daughter was comatose after a bike accident she bravely faced the inevitable and made the heart wrenching decision to let her go. She was like that, able to make the hard decisions others hesitated to make. Someone who was in the trenches with me?

Cheryl Frederickson's Blog: May 2011

Wednesday, May 25, 2011. I've started research on the next book which is going to take place in Mexico. Madison will discover who her father is, and go looking for him. My characters like to keep me in the dark and it is totally a surprise when something exciting is uncovered during the research phase. My grandaughter said she couldn't afford the books for her Kindle, but now with new indie writers publishing ebooks for a buck she can read anytime she wants. How cool is that? I live in the rainy Pacific Northwest rich in Native American culture, deep rain forests, and a restless Pacific Ocean that kicks up waves you wouldn't believe during frequent winter storms. The seeds of many book ideas were planted here and from them characters have sprung to life asking me to tell their story. I shall try to do so. Favorite Sites, Blogs, Web pages. Wednesday, June 22, 2011. I thank you ladies for inspiring me, adding color to my life and the privilege of knowing you as friends and teachers. Thursday, June 2, 2011. The Hope of Tomorrow. Two young ladies I love are graduating from high school this month and I can only imagine the things they will see and do in their lifetimes. What a great time to be a young adult with all their life choices still in front of them. Http:/ amandahocking.blogspot.com/. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). I live in the rainy Pa...

Cheryl Frederickson's Blog: Stuff About Me
http://cherylfrederickson.blogspot.com/2011/05/stuff-about-me.html
Saturday, May 21, 2011. My mother was able to develop her abilities a little more, taking some painting courses and teaching me not only to paint but to sew. I remember at the age of four I did my first embroidered project made from a scrap of sheet she dyed pea green and stamped with an iron on teddy bear design. I gave my first masterpiece to Grandma D. So why do I write? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). I shall try to do so. Favorite Sites, Blogs, Web pages. Behind a Stranger's Smile.
