Nick, Leila and Kai. Monday, May 23, 2011. The many faces of Kai. Where does time go? I feel overwhelmed with the passing of time. I feel like time is in fast forward and I can't find the pause button. Kai grows every day and I can't believe it. It seems he has some big learning learning moment every week! He's tall and skinny on the growth charts, loves to eat new foods (he will eat just about anything! And he is a big flirt (watch out girls, he's going to be trouble)! He is so perfect and so dang cute!

Nick, Leila and Kai. Thursday, January 28, 2010. Europe and the Holidays. We have not died, I promise. It's been kind of crazy the past few months and we are just enjoying every minute alone we can. It's been so much fun! I know I'm way late but Christmas was so much with our families in Logan, we even visited the classic Logan Lanes. This afternoon I checked my email and finally received word from the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf regarding the NIC exam that I took back in November. I felt anxiety! When I opened it I read the following words:. We are very pleased to inform you that you have passed the NAD-RID National Interpreter Certification interview and performance test.". Tuesday, December 1, 2009. Mayzie was born on Sunday November 11th at 1:37pm. It was so nice and easy I couldn't believe it. I was scheduled to be induced and we went in at 7:15am and my doctor got me started right away. I felt zero pain because they gave me my epidural before my contractions got too bad. Monday, May 31, 2010. The little town folk made it to the big city! We had such a good time and loved seeing everything. We couldn't post every picture but these were our favorites. Mayzie was a trooper and got a ton of attention. We were sad to leave Parker but the NYC is not Parker appropriate. Mayzie is 6 months old! Is so much fun and I am sad that she is 6 months old. She has the funniest personality and yes she is starting to get Parker's long eyelashes! We love having her and Parker adores her.

Little Man Emmett is officially Potty Trained! I had been debating on whether or not he was ready, or more so whether or not I was ready to confront the potty training! I have said it before and still stand by the fact that up to this point in my experience with child raising, potty training has been the hardest part of parenting!

Monday, August 10, 2009. My baby is 2 yrs. old! I can't believe it. He is so full of life and this birthday was so fun because he is talking and doing everything on his own. We had a fun pirate birthday party because Parker loves Peter Pan. We had our family come over and we had a blast! We are so lucky to have such a fun and loving little boy. Grandma and Grandpa Love gave Parker a bike and he loved it! Hayley and Burke gave Parker a sword and he really thinks he is Captain Hook with it.
