The best part is that it all the magic happened in just about 2 hours. Then I was able to top it with my freshly made strawberry jam. Delicious. So here's the recipe for this amazing loaf of deliciousness (is that even a word? It makes 3 loaves. 4 c warm water. 2 Tbsp. yeast. 1 Tbsp. salt. 2/3 c sugar (or 1/3 c. honey). 1/3 c canola oil. 10-12 c. all purpose or bread flour (or 1/2 wheat and 1/2 white like I do). Friday, July 18, 2014. Lil Cougars and BBQ. One day the kids wore their matching BYU shirts and they were singing the fight song and waving the flag. It was super cute! They look like they like each other in these pictures. :).
