Minimum of 2 nights on all bookings. Minimum 1-week rental for summer months, from May 25 to Sept. 7, 2012. Rentals begin and end on Saturdays. Minimum 3 nights for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s. Refundable security deposit of $500 required for all bookings. We charge a cleaning fee for every booking.
