Zuppa Toscana Recipe

This soup has been a family favorite for years. It you've ever visited an Olive Garden, you might have had it as a side with your entree. My version is creamier and slightly spicy. Sharing it here for all the friends and family that asked me for it. 1 lb Italian Sausage, Hot/Spicy. Not sausage links, but if that's all you can find, split them with a sharp knife and remove the casing. 1 Onion, medium, chopped fine. 3 tsp Minced Garlic. About 2-3 cloves or the jarred stuff is fine. 1/3 cup of crumbled Bacon.
