Tuesday, October 2, 2012. Beet fest, Equinox and the Garden. Wanted to post some photos of how the garden grew and some harvesting pics. The beets were involved! Pull the beets, wash the beets, wash the beet greens, peel the beets, roast the beets! Stealing a bath before the beets! Edythe helped me a "bunch"! Separating greens from beet. See a few posts back for this same vantage point, but just planted! Hope your end of summer and welcoming fall is going great! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
