Redd Adventures: Adios Nicaragua
http://reddadventures.blogspot.com/2012/11/adios-nicaragua.html
Wednesday, November 28, 2012. We've been home for almost a week now and I've been wanting to do this post but just haven't found the time. While I still don't technically have the time I decided I needed to do this before I forget too much. It feels like forever since we were sitting in the warmth of Nicaragua. There are many many things that we have already missed, a few of them are:. Need I say more? Spending all day with my mom. Monkeys, geckos and parrots (oh my! Etc I loved seeing all the animals of...

Redd Adventures: October 2012
http://reddadventures.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Sunday, October 28, 2012. Warming up for the game. The game was played in the middle of a road which was blocked off for the event. There wasn't much diving that happened but the Nicaraguans have figured out many ways to improvise and they use their feet a lot more to get balls that we'd normally dive for. Their were some really good players. Later that night there was a ceremony to give out the trophies and awards. It started out with some Nicaraguan dancers. Tuesday, October 23, 2012. Carter also chose...

Redd Adventures: Thankful Sunday
http://reddadventures.blogspot.com/2012/11/thankful-sunday.html
Sunday, November 4, 2012. Life in Nicaragua is good, even without a car, we're enjoying our last few weeks here. The thought of leaving makes me sad, the thought of coming home makes me very excited. This week has made me aware that I'm not nearly grateful enough for the things that I have and in this month of thanksgiving I plan to change my focus. How fortunate we are to be where we are and I am grateful for your perspective to keep mine in check! November 5, 2012 at 7:41 AM. Our last day at Hermosa.

Monday, September 21, 2009. Trying to be like Jesus. Logan: "Mom, why do we just keep learning about Jesus all the time? Me: "Because we want to be like Jesus so the more we learn about him the better we will be.". Logan: "I'm trying to be like Jesus, I just keep getting distracted.". Man I love that kid- and I agree it's very hard to not get distracted by life these days. I had to throw in a cute picture of Logan for this post- I stole this one from Stacy's blog cause I loved it. Trying to be like Jesus.

Shumway's: Welcome Baby!
http://erinandjavan.blogspot.com/2012/03/welcome-baby.html
Sunday, March 4, 2012. Works for me too. Any pregnant mother knows that if you are told a day you can get your baby out of your belly, and end your misery, that is THE day. Don't try and change it. Don't mess with a pregnant lady. So I continued on with the pregnancy and my regular check-ups. All was well and on schedule. What was he talking about? I'm coming, I'll be right there." What a guy! One last picture, I even managed a smile. 38 weeks. Born on February 22, 2012. 6 lbs 15 oz. Grandma Shan brought...

http://erinandjavan.blogspot.com/2012/03/aidyns-first-month.html
Saturday, March 24, 2012. We've had lots of visitors and we've absolutely loved it. Aunt Michele was here, and Aunt Amber and her kids drove all the way from Las Cruces to come and see Aidyn. There's also been lots of friends and family bringing meals and gifts, and we're so thankful for the wonderful people we have in our lives. 1 week old. Filling out the car seat a little better. Relaxing with mom. I wish I could just sit here all day and hold her. Catching some ZZZZZ's on mommy's bed. I took Aidyn to...

The Payson Lymans: Introducing Arianna Elise Lyman!
http://kdlyman.blogspot.com/2012/09/introducing-arianna-elise-lyman.html
Friday, September 14, 2012. Introducing Arianna Elise Lyman! She arrived last friday, September 7th at 8:34 pm. This pregnancy has been a roller coaster of emotions! My OB told me to stay close (we live 30-45 min from the hospital) because he was sure he would see me that night. After my appt contractions started immediately. I went and walked around the mall for hours before they petered back out. I pushed for about 5 min and my baby girl was born! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). People I blog stalk.
