While our house was completely not our style when we moved in (and it is still a continual, slow work in progress), we were pretty lucky that it was in a sense kind of a blank slate for us to work with. Errrrr for me to work with. HAHA! Decorating and all this jazz is 99% of the time my idea. Our home had been built and lived in by one family only, and upon selling, they were empty nesters. Sunday, February 26, 2012. Sneak Peek of Sis' Room. so far. I'm actually preeeettty close to being done. and I'm soo soo happy with how it has turned out so far. This afternoon Porter helped me make the 16x24 painting above the crib. He was so cute painting the flowers. he said "I feel like an artist! I made sure to take a few pics so Sis could see, when she's older, that her big brother helped make this for her. The flower/butterfly painting is a combination knock-off of Land of Nod's Butterfly.

Friday, June 12, 2009. I went to the Doctor (Wednesday). It officially summer break, so ready or not start the roller coaster of a ride. I went to the doctor on Wednesday and he explain some possibilities of the surgery and decided to give me another round of medications. He prescribed me steroids, an antibotic, pain medication and three different nasal sprays. Whew! I have tried the nespot (I have one), but he gave me two of the pediasprayers (it just like the nespot only you just squeeze the bottle).

Monday, March 6, 2017. Bode - Colorado Springs Newborn Photographer. Bode was such a little peanut and a dream to photograph! I was lucky enough to photograph his birth at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs, so it was fun to see how much he change in that week after he was born. Sam is a Chinook helicopter for the Army and is stationed at Ft. Carson. He brought all his gear and so we were able to get some shots of Bode in his helmet. Such a sweet family! Links to this post.
