Popcorn, Crazy Hair, And A Little Inspiration! Posted by Nykky at 7:15 AM. The first thing I saw when I walked into Walmart yesterday was this huge box of popcorn balls. I love popcorn balls. My daughter saw them to and. Asked me if we can get them. I cringed, frowned and sa. Id, "let me look at the nutrition info.". My jaw dropped to the floor. But I was happy to find out that 1 popcorn ball with all of its crunchy sweetness was only 100. Calories and had only 1g of fat. Ing whens shes a lot older.

This was some work. I weed whacked awhile back and had to rake out all the old stuff and then pull all the weeds that we missed. I took 2 rose bushes out and planted my honeysuckle bush. Posted by Nykky at 2:07 AM. This is my 3rd day with the low carb thing. I'm not going to weigh myself for at least 2 weeks. It is just depressing when I do. I will continue to work out at Planet Fitness because I feel great when I do and I love that gym. So watching my calories and fat is not working for me, now I'm going to switch to watching my carbs. I like to work in the backyard when I don't go to the gym. I don't really have to much to do back there until my bulbs come. I have a few Lily of the Valley roots that I am going to plant and and some more rocks to gather, but thats about it until I get my order. Not much going on today. I had a good food day though! Quinta-feira, 2 de outubro de 2008. Demorou mas tive que fazer meu plano de saúde. Assim que eu estava com a guia de médicos na mão, comecei a buscar os médicos na minha região e marcar consultas. O que me frustrou logo de cara, era o período de carência do plano e as poucas opções de médicos, ou seja, não poderei me consultar com a minha antiga médica e agora terei que buscar outro médico de confiança que me deixe MAGRINHA MAGRINHA. Mas mesmo assim, ele me pediu os exames e vou voltar daqui 30 dias.

Sábado, 11 de outubro de 2008. A jornada é longa mas eu estou chegando lá! Essa semana foi perfeita. Acordei todos os dias cedo pra ir à academia! E me senti super bem e super disposta! Meu instrutor preferido mudou o horário e agora ele tá de manhã, o que me ajudou e me estimulou mais ainda! E é super tranquilo! O karate foi demais.
