I ♥ Summer! Here are some pictures from the last couple of weeks. We are lucky we have a huge free pool in Buffalo. It is the largest outdoor pool in Wyoming, and it is free.I think it is in the top five for largest free pool in the country. It is a free way to have fun on the weekend! Jaxon did not like his spiderman floaties too much! But this picture he was still trying to smile! Trisha went with us. Jaxon really likes to jump off the sides of the pool and have us catch him. 1 I google everything!

The Betterton Family: Trip to Arizona

We went to Arizona last week to be there for my sister for her move to the dorms.and I miss her already! It was seriously HOT down there, which I expected, but it was so draining. It was a good trip, it was just weird going back without Trisha. Jaxon was really good in the car for that long, so that was a relief. Here are some pics from our trip! My cousin lives in Phoenix and works at the Biltmore Hotel. It was so nice to see her, and it is good to know she is there in case Trisha is homesick.

My camera is broken (that is a hint Santa! But I took this picture with my phone. . Hope everyone is feeling the joy and spirit of Christmas! Jaxon turned two on the 25th, so of course we had to have an Elmo Party! I thought this would be a good time to update my blog, I have been so busy with school and haven't really had much to say! The Betterton Family: Jaxon Turns 2

Jaxon turned two on the 25th, so of course we had to have an Elmo Party! I thought this would be a good time to update my blog, I have been so busy with school and haven't really had much to say! Anyways, my Mom got us a room at the Mansion House in Buffalo to use. It is a really old hotel that had a side room perfect for a party! It was extra special this year to have some of Keegan's family here, who came for Thanksgiving. Bridget, Justin and Paige even surprised us by coming too! He is such a cutie.

We put up our Christmas tree today! We (or, I guess, Keegan) had a little bit of trouble getting our tree straight, which has a horribly crooked trunk. There was some swearing, and the tree fell once, barely missing Jaxon.but it is finally lookin' good! We listened to the Sarah McLachlan Witnersong CD, which reminds me of my Christmas with my newborn son last year. During my maternity leave I would set him in his chair and play that CD, just enjoying the good feelings of Christmas. Nicole, Mat and Keegan.

It was such a nice day outside today! Jaxon had fun outside trying to blow bubbles. Pictures from the last month. Here are a few pictures of our new little house. Cutter and Jaxon sharing. Jaxon made me a pet rock at daycare! This is the only thing we are going to miss about Jaxon going there, we get wonderful surprises like this! Jaxon woke up wanting cookies this morning. He didn't get cookies but I think he was pretty happy with yogurt. . Here are a couple of pictures of the haircut I gave Jaxon on Monday. I had to chase him around to cut it, but I got it done.
