Friday, February 27, 2015. Diary of a church planter's wife- our first meetings. We had our first official meeting of Mercy Church on Sunday February 8. We met in our house and had about 30 people who have signed on to move from Raleigh with us to Charlotte. It was absolutely incredible. The following week, Spence and I went to Charlotte to have our first meeting of the Charlotte based portion of Mercy. I so enjoyed meeting everyone from there and putting names and faces together. Monday, November 17, 2014. Last Day DISNEY DAY 5- back to Magic Kingdom. It was an amazing day, though. We were able to do lots, and Ben rested up with Dad and Haddie. We were able to nap and then the whole family hit the park in the evening. I'm still in a bit of shock that I went with these two cuties into the park. We rode Dumbo, but they both really really enjoyed the play area before we rode the ride. It was funny to me, but a good testament to kids loving to play. She couldn't keep her eyes off her.

Monday, July 28, 2014. We had our first friend sleepover. Max came over for a couple nights after his little brother broke his leg. We decided to have a blast together. Wednesday, April 24, 2013. And the answer is. How exciting is that? We are thrilled and can't wait to fly Saturday morning. Finn's co-founder and sales exec will be joining us Sunday and we'll all spend a week there. I can't believe it. Also, tomorrow is my birthday so this surprise adventure came at quite the opportune time. It's funny that the same thing kind of happened last year.
