My Kung Fu Website. Sun, Jul. 31st, 2005, 01:27 am. I`ve been to the gym today and burnt off 200 calories or more. I did the weights then my cardio after a brief rest. I can`t wait for my next kung fu session. I should have gone Thursday. But the weather was bad. The school was closed for repair and we were meant to train on the beaches [weather permitting]. Thu, Jul. 28th, 2005, 10:07 pm. I`ve had it with banks today! How ever will I manage? Heaven knows I`m miserable now. Passed my kung fu grading!

Everyone likes to follow someone. Second hand-human biengs and all that. If you`ve got any tips for me to get chest and abs like his then let me know. My Kung Fu Website. Sun, Jul. 24th, 2005, 12:03 am. I forgot I need to go the gym tomorrow too. My forearms have cut and bruises on them from my last kung fu traning and my legs are slowly recovering from the strenuos. Kicking that I do. I really do need to train everday if I can.

I have just applied for a job and it looks like I may get it. I am being trained up as a karate instructor spanning two years of traning for a large karate company.
