... ... ... 10,000 whisperin': August 2013
http://mandy-spot.blogspot.com/2013_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, August 8, 2013. This blog is becoming more of 6 monthly update than a regular diary. It is true that the older one gets the less time there is in a day, and the less energy there is to do stuff in that shorter time. Bugger. Games work and some film scanning has been keeping me busy. I've also taken on the unpaid job of chairing the NZ Games Association. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Auckland, New Zealand. View my complete profile. How to Easily Create a Facebook Loop Giveaway. ... ... ... 10,000 whisperin': May 2012
http://mandy-spot.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Monday, May 21, 2012. Dodgy trucks and shameless promotion. Last Thurday fourteen months of toil, sweat, financial and emotional investment culminated in a truck that threatened to topple over and demolish our neighbours wall! Thanks to some quick reactions and wooden chocks, the truck was stabilised, the contents secured and ferried in many car bootloads into its secure warehouse. Now I can happily say "The Games Are Here, Come and Get Your Komodos and Pantries". The hard work now commences. Monday Juli...

Marvel's Ultimate comics universe is coming to an end again, with the best bits and pieces of the entire world being merged into the proper Marvel universe. Ultimate Spider-Man - unquestionably the most successful comic of the line - will carry on, but everything else will just fade away. The Ultimate Universe did look shiny, new an...

The Tearoom of Despair. I bow down not to masters, gods, nor managers, cause all the greatest artists, they were amateurs. Sunday, July 12, 2015. Where all the strange ones go. Messy comic shops are the best comic shops. And the great thing about going to them is finding the weird little oddities that no other store has. Comics you might have heard about but never seen, and others that are completely unknown until you stumble across them, hidden behind a stack of Heavy Metals and Archie digests. Publishe...

The Tearoom of Despair: Fables: An unexpected journey
http://tearoomofdespair.blogspot.com/2015/07/fables-unexpected-journey.html
The Tearoom of Despair. I bow down not to masters, gods, nor managers, cause all the greatest artists, they were amateurs. Saturday, July 25, 2015. Fables: An unexpected journey. After 150 issues, 22 collections and half a dozen spin-off comics, Fables reached a natural conclusion in the past week, with the final volume released out into the world and left to fend for itself. Fables ends with the usual unpredictability, and the usual flagrant disregard for the accepted rules of epic storytelling. Cre...
