The next best thing was to reproduce it it PhotoShop. I printed it at about 18x6 inches, mounted it on foam board, and hung it in the NikkorMAN Cave, right under my collection of ALF's and Sock Monkeys! For those keeping score, the yellow shelf came from our original nursery, some 23 years ago.

The FT included one feature the basic F lacked; a built-in light meter! What Cooper and Abbott Had to Say. Who were Cooper and Abbott. And Comon and Evans. Who were Comon and Evans. He first Nikon F, released in March of 1959, bears the serial number of 6400001, and would fetch quite a bit of money, were it to hit the market today. Many lower numbered Nikon F's fetch a premium, nearly always in the thousands of dollars. Mine, on the other hand, is serial number 6729415, which, according to European Nikon guru Richard de Stoutz.
