Wednesday, 31 August 2011. Goodbye Fat 40's Hello Tubby 30's. Training has become a really fun part of my weekly routine and I am really enjoying going to the gym for my boxing or cardio sessions. I am still eating well and believe it or not it has just been water for seven weeks now. I am about 1000% fitter than when I started and it's a great motivator when I can feel the results. Thursday, 21 July 2011. End of the First Week. Also I have been in the gym 4 times in the last week. I have enlisted the help of a personal trainer. His name is Sebastian Rothman he is a former WBU Cruiserweight world champion. We have started slowly and are only doing cardio for the time being. My second weigh in was today , Thursday 21st July 2011 , and unbelievably I have lost 4.2kg in the first week! So i am now down to 145.4kgs . I was really dreading the weigh in but it turned out fantastic!

Changing It Up: 20 Days In

Monday, 1 August 2011. So I am 20 days in to this lifestyle change and I must say it has been awesome. I have just finished a training session that I'm sure my legs are going to thank me for tomorrow. I have lost 7.6kg in 20 days putting me on 142.00kgs .
