I surprised my parents and went back home to Izmir, on saturday(the saturday before new years) and I taped them seeing me on the street in Alsancak. It was so hillarious! I love doing surprises and making the people i love happy! Maybe something bad was gonna happen if I have stayed in Izmir. The idea of being in 2009 is so weird, I still feel like we are in 2006.

Nil's COMM 101 BLOG. Sunday, September 28, 2008. First Two Weeks of KU. The end of highschool, end of childhood, and the first step to college. With the complicated feelings of all these factors, here I am sitting in my very first class, Comm 101. At first, when I checked my schedule and saw the course's name as "Communication", I had no clue that it actually was an "Academic Writing" Class. So, it was a little bit horrifying to figure it out in the class. 1- hearing my voice from a voice recorder.

I was really looking forward to this holiday, because school was really tough this past week, and i was thinking that I needed to get a rest. . This Bayram Holiday was full of family times! Our aunts and cousins came from Istanbul and we were such a cheerful and a crowded family- but I liked it:). But we as the same group didnt give up and went to other places in Taksim and had a great weekend:).
