Wednesday, September 30, 2009. BLUE] Raspberry Buttermilk Cupcakes. Tuesday was our first meeting, and we were supposed to wear our family colors - blue. EASY! I wanted to bring something extra along with me in the form of cupcakes. I had looked at my recipes, and quite a few of them were blue - as in blueberries, but going to the grocery store, the raspberries were only 99 cents but blueberries were 4.99. Guess which one I bought. Dont these look like alien creatures wanting food? Nina, I love these!

Friday, April 17, 2009. Normally I'm pretty good about predicting my time needed to bake and make the stuff I need to do. This time, I was a little off. Actually, a lot off. If I had like half an hour more, it would have been okay. I feel like because I had to do my essay, I started later. Starting later = melting frosting and no time for Dmitriy to take pictures. =(. So these brownies my friend Matt was asking for - since like ages ago. They were basically made the same way as these. NEED I SAY MORE?

Monday, August 3, 2009. Recipe for the cupcake:. 1 1/4 cup self rising flour. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 cup butter at room temperature. 2 tbsp. milk (if the mixture is a bit dry). 2/3 cup diced mangos or you can use mango pure. E [I used 1/3 c of mango juice from the mango, and then put a piece of mango in the middle of the cupcake]. Preheat oven to 350. Line your muffin pan with cupcake liners. Cream the butter and slowly add the sugar and cream until the sugar are dissolved. Mine took 15 minutes.].

Thursday, March 1, 2012. Good Ole' Energy Balls. Try to eat just one. TRY! I told myself before I got these out to try that I would only have one. Tuh! These are just yummy, and some what healthy. I didn't mind my kids having a few either. They loved them. They were gone pretty quick. I will be making them often for snacks. 1 c old fashioned oatmeal. 1/2 c peanut butter. 1 c shredded coconut. 1/2 c ground flax seed. 1/2 c mini chocolate chips. Source- Smashed Peas and Carrots. Wednesday, June 29, 2011. Or should I say HEAVEN! I used to make this dessert all the time years ago. I haven't made it such a long time, because believe it or not, I got Oreo Layered OUT! I made it so much because it is just so dang yummy. My love for the stuff is back. I promise this time I won't make it on a weekly basis and eat half the pan each time. This is such a great summer time dessert. It is so fluffy and delicious. Give it a try! 1 pkg of regular Oreos. 1/2 c of butter. 2-8 oz cool whips.

Give this a try. It's awesome.seriously.awesome! 1 lb ground beef. 1 can of black beans. 1 packet of taco seasoning, or you can use the good homemade kind. 1 c sour cream. 1 can dice chilies. 1 can cream of chicken soup. Corn tortillas (I used about 8-10 cut into quarters). Wish there were some leftovers for lunch.
