MrMan loved this meaty dish with the Ugali and Sukuma Wiki combination. So start and fill your house with the wonderful flavors of Kenya. 4 hours or more. 700g Stew beef cubed. 4 Large onions diced.

Nina's Cooking Pot. One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well. December 20, 2013. May 10, 2016. Samosas are little triangular snacks of heaven. They are packed with flavor, and really pack a punch of heat. 2 red chilis deseeded finely chopped. 5 cm fresh ginger grated. 1 tsp tumeric powder. 1 tsp whole cumin seeds. 1 hand full fresh mint and coriander mix finely chopped. Half fresh lemon juice. Hot Indian curry powder. Salt and peper to taste. Samosa/spring roll pastry frozen.
