Tuesday, October 6, 2009. Pudding Roti with Apple. There is no specific recipe when making bread pudding. I used leftovers from my bread. Bread made using your own breadmaker does not last long and soft unlike Gardenia. So I just used it so my kids will finish it. Add whatever ingredients you want, chocolate, bananas just name it. Sugar (2-3 tablespoon will do. i don't like it sweet). A pinch of salt. Dots of butter (I used Farmcows-not pure butter). 4 Dig in using spoon! Labels: Makan Pagi / Petang.

Tuesday, July 22, 2008. 500 gm Tepung roti (high protein). 11 gm Instant yeast (1 paket mauripan). 70 gm Castor sugar. 320 gm Susu (carnation). 1 Gaul rata A, masukkan B, uli sampai lembut (tak payah elastic macam uli roti). Kalau pakai mixer, speed 2 10-15 minit. Kalau uli tangan boleh uli, rehat sekejap, uli lagi, rehat lagi sampai cantik. Tak teruk uli kalau rehatkan sekejap. 3 Rehatkan 5-10 minit.
