Life's sweet whoorl. Our Machu Picchu Pilgrimage. We finally rolled into Aguas Calientes around 9 pm, a town with only tracks. Roads here exist only to shuttle tourists up the hill with buses. We hunkered down at 10:30, set the alarm for 2:38 am and slept hard for four hours. Camel packs, you name it…. it was like a hiking trade-show. After coming from Bolivia where 3 year olds with no shoes were doing laps around us on Isla del Sol, ummm this was a little bit of a change. That Machu Picchu was for.

Life's sweet whoorl. Our Japanese friend, Koichi, cooked this Corvina for us (Chilean Sea Bass), and on a separate occasion prepared some ridiculous Corniva sushimi – no pics sorry. Anyways, the Corvina and Congria, are amoung the best seafood here in our opinion. You have to shop around but fresh and delicious can be found.
