Since my oldest granddaughter, Alessondra, loves Owls, I thought it would be fun for both of us to make an Owl snow globe. Monday, April 14, 2014. A lot of times I go in my craft room to just play, and some times it's with a purpose. I love to make cards, but it's always with a heavy heart, when I am making a sympathy card. More often, than not, my cards are on the "embellishment heavy" side, so I make a box to encase the card. There are joyous occasions, such as my granddaughter's birthday. Little girls are so much fun to make "girly cards"for. I also love making elegant cards with a lot of lace and bling.

Monday, March 25, 2013. I've been playing around in the craft room, (and trying to clean out.) I tend to hoard favorite flowers, lace, etc. but I decided to share it. (That is why I bought it for in the first place, right? I found an etsy shop that sells vintage images (lovecreationgal). She has some darling images and the quality, when your print them, is beautifully detailed. Prima has a "tag pad" filled with sturdy tags, all with the same background. It's easy to build on them. Thursday, February 21, 2013. I found the cutest heart die cut a couple of weeks ago at our local art/scrapbooking store. They were easy to assemble, so I decided to make some for some friends of mine. I decorated each one a little bit different. It was a good way to use leftover, tiny scraps of lace and flowers. The die cut can be used different ways. You can cut out the center with included heart die, or you can cut out a solid heart. On this one I added a piece of etched plastic to centers.
