Monday, December 1, 2008. Did my ICT workout today. This workout consists of two parts and is focused on strength endurance. Repeat circuit 5x. You can rest 30-60 seconds between circuits. 10 Barbell Rows (I only did 5 because I put on too much weight-95 pounds was too much after the pullups). Do 5 circuits. Part 2 has no rest periods. Sunday, November 23, 2008. Sunday Nov. 23, 08. Saturday was a rest day. I pretty much just worked all day. Sunday: I did some sparring. For like 1.5 hours. Sunday, November 30, 2008. Long time no update, Ive been kidna just resting/chilling out- still going to practises obviously. No more strength workouts, from now on only bjj and conditioning. I had 4 hours sleep and did osme bjj rolling today, then I had work. Now I"m going to pass out soon and rip it up tom! Monday, November 24, 2008. Monday Novemeber 24, 08. Today I had to workouts. In order to fix this I'm going to spread apart my strength/conditioning workout days to give my body more time to recover. Today I had to workouts. I did my max strength workout:. Friday, January 23, 2009. We got another tourny comming up mid March and Arnold is back. I've been training lots. I've also started comming up with a game plan. A) I must practise pulling guard 20 times after every class to get used to the feeling. B) If I end up in my guard I'll branch off into Pitstop, or Rubber Guard to overhook. I also have to make 172 pounds, which shouldn't be so bad considering the weigh -ins are the day before. To add to all of this I'm back in school starting Tuesday.
