Sugar ,cocunut powder, putanalapapu, and cardamom powder. Make dough with maida and water , as we make it for puri and set aside for sometime,meanwhile. Soak the channa dal for about 3 -4 hrs and grind the dal coarsely along green chillies, ginger, salt (onions which is optional) make a thick paste out of dal. Red chilli powder 1 tbspn. Oil to deep fry. Take wide pan and bring cup of water to boil, add the rice flour and salt. mix it thoroughly while adding chillipowder, moongdal and jeera. Peel and cut the sorakai into cubes and cook them in a covered pan.(add abt 1/2 tspn oil in the pan). We can replace sorakaya with potlakaya (snake guord) to make similar pachadi.
