Osaka is famous for these things, and everyone there is confident that their version is way better than the Tokyo alternative. I believe it. I’m not crazy about okonomiyaki, which just tastes like mayonnaise to me. Takoyaki, on the other hand, is delicious. That’s okonomiyaki in the foreground. Let’s eat there!
