This post stems from a conversation which I have been having with an employer who is trying to deal with allegations of bullying by a senior employee within the workplace. The issue has now reached a critical stage as one employee has raised a girevance and two others are threatening to. My post, however, is not about how to manage incidents of bullying rather the factors that may influence how such behaviour is managed.
