Tuesday, October 1, 2013. Around Paris in Three Days. The summer of 2013, we took a trip to Paris. This was our first trip. We took the 7am Eurostar. Accommodations: We looked for a modest hotel in arrondissement 16 (same arrondissement as Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elyse's) and had heard that staying at an American chain was more comfortable than European hotels because of room size and amenities.
