Nithya's Corner: Tips
http://nithyascorner.blogspot.com/p/tips.html
1 While cooking, if you add tamarind paste prior to boiling vegetables, then the vegetables would not fry soon. So, fry vegetables and then add tamarind paste. 1 The big and round red chillies are spicier than the long and thin red chillies. 2 To peel garlic cloves quickly, place it in microwave for 10 seconds. 1 Do not use newspaper for sifting flours because the ink used in printing newspapers is also not good for health. What, How, When? Welcome To Nithya's Corner.
