Wednesday, May 20, 2009. ANZAC day is a national day in Australia on 25 th. April each year and it is a public holiday. ANZAC stands for Australian and New Zealand Army corps, and our Australian. Soldiers are called Diggers. Simpson is a brave person from the First World War. Simpson and his donkey are key part of the "ANZAC legend". Simpson and his donkey called "Duffy" are famous heroes from the First World War and Simson. Put wounded soldiers on the donkey's back and helped them to the first aid tent.

You can renew the items twice by phone or through the internet. You also can search the library cataloge through the internet. Yoy can borrow books from other TAFE libriries too. Sunday, March 15, 2009. My last holiday was very exciting and interesting for me. On Christmas day, I went with my family to our friend's house for dinner. The food was delicious. We talked all the time and listened to music. On New Year's Eve we went to a restaurant. There were lots of people and we watched fireworks on T.V. It was a wonderful evening for me and also it was my first New Year in Australia. I'm very happy that I did a lots of interesting and different things this holiday.

Some students talked about their life and experience in Australia, some of them sang songs from their countries. A student from China played on a traditional instrument. Sunday, May 10, 2009. During the holidays, we celebrated our Orthodox Easter on 19 April. It was a very good time for me and for my family. My sister and I helped my mum to colour some eggs. We also bought an Easter cake. Then in the evening we went to our friend's house. The woman was prepared a really delicious food for us. We talked to each other and spent a very good time together. I enjoyed this holiday and it was great for me. Stands for Australian and New Zealand Army Corps.
