Well, at least to one part and I have found that there are many differences with Mexico which is partly why I’ve written this post. Mexico Lindo y Querido. Tuesday, November 28, 2006. A taste of Oaxaca in the DF. Exploring Tlalpan in Mexico City, me and my girlfriend found a little taste of Oaxaca . Trying to show the oaxacan tresures to the people in Mexico City, a caravan from the southern state arrives to Tlalpan to stay the whole weekend. Walking around admiring the architecture, one of the guy's in charge of the exposition encourages us to taste the food. The second part was an enchilada, enfrijolada, enmolada y entomatada.
