My journey into the Paleo lifestyle! Starting Again →. May 25, 2013. I spent all day Thursday (literally from 8AM until 9PM) doing school work, class, readings, actual work, and tutoring. I barely had time to blink let alone eat decently. It started with lunch with my grandparents, when my grandfather shoved cheesecake in front of me for dessert (my weakness! My journey into the Paleo lifestyle! Newer posts →. May 7, 2013. Today was an okay day I suppose. I was in class all morning then worked out for over an hour, then did homework readings, then went to work for the evening. I pretty much have my body weight in research articles to read! I was so surprised! Apparently it has something to do with ketones in the body? Whatever it is is a little discouraging. But it should be over in a few days! Here’s my food:. I feel good about the choices I’ve made and am still down so I’m not complaining. Slow but steady wins the race! The last few times I dropped weight quickly it went right back on just as quick! After about a month in, my school and my work schedules got really hectic and I allowed excuses to get the better of me! But I’m starting again, because I miss the way I feel eating paleo!
