Cat jamboree emily schoenherr illustration. Archive for June, 2011. Bu-bu-bu-bubble tea in my tummy,. So delicious and oh so yummy! My husband and I ventured out late one afternoon to a cute little coffee shop. Here in Madison that opened this past spring, with one thing on our minds bubble tea. (And, well, a nice date.) I got a traditional milk tea with red tea, and it was pretty much the best. We’ll have to go back and get some more sometime before we leave in the next month! Blog at WordPress.com.

Cat jamboree emily schoenherr illustration. Archive for February, 2011. I finished the quilt I was making for a new nephew. And, in typically Emily style, I managed to forget about photographing it until it was dark outside, which resulted in not getting a single good picture of it in its entirety. Stay classy, self. It’s the first quilt that I’ve entirely hand-quilted. I’m pretty positive that I will never entirely hand-quilt anything much larger than a baby blanket, ever. Let them eat kitty crunchies.

Cat jamboree emily schoenherr illustration. Archive for May, 2011. Most people, when faced with a broken umbrella, would probably say something along the lines of, “Oh, my umbrella broke. I’ll need to buy a new one.”. I just spend some time sewing all the bits back together. A little umbrella surgery, if you will. And it’s good as new!
