Neenah Joint School Dist. After Neenah High School was built, Shattuck High School ceased serving as the high school for residents of Neenah and became the middle school for 7th and 8th graders. Horace Mann then became a middle school to merely 6th grades, and elementary schools within the district included Hoover, Wilson, Taft, Tullar, Washington, Roosevelt, Lakeview, Spring Road, Coolidge, Alliance, and Clayton.
