Small wonders of everyday life. Set the clocks forward today, which means 1 hr of extra sunlight (also 1 hr less sleep). It also warmed up today, it seems like all signs are pointing toward spring. I worked yesterday, but it wasn’t too bad. It seems like your brain and body adapt pretty well to what you must go through in life. Later in the day I went to Ikea and got a shoe rack, a few of my shoes were overflowing out of my closet recently. Now they are nice and snug in their place. :).

Small wonders of everyday life. I feel like I’ve been taking a more chill attitude on life recently. I come home and feel somewhat more relaxed. Maybe because it’s the end of a rotation and I start on another elective on Monday. Maybe I just have these cycles of tired-ness and energy. Yesterday I went on a Trader Joe’s trip with two friends. I was in an adventurous mood and mostly got things I haven’t tried before. Like these raspberry linzer cookies. These heart shaped cookies were too pretty to pass up.
