Lessmann Life in Colorado. Wednesday, September 30, 2009. I haven't done any posts in awhile becuase I've been waiting on pictures from Gayle. But Gayle, for better and for worse, has been too busy with her paid photography to spend time with our family pictures. Since our last post, we've experienced some very cool things, including. Gayle ran a half-marathon! Finished 14th place out of over 600 finishers, and with an average pace of 7:54, after having just ran 20 miles the week before. Go Gayle!

He's getting so good at all of them. In the last two weeks, his catching skills have really improved thanks to a lot of time he and Gayle have spent on it. Austin can count to 20, but usually misses 13 (superstitious? Im thrilled the boys are so close. Reminds me of your 4 kids! Keep up the hard work Ry and G. Love PaPa.

They are such good playmates now, spending so much of their waking hours together. Reminds me of my childhood, and I love it. Here’s a picture Gayle sent me from her phone of them coming from school after their Halloween party. There were few things greater for me when I was a kid than Halloween. Lessmann Life in Colorado. Wednesday, October 21, 2009. One of my great joys as a husband is to watch Gayle take on new challenges and conquer them. Her photography business is in full swing, she's an outstanding mother of two, and now . she's a marathoner! I'm so proud of her, and know the memories will last both of us a lifetime. Gayle and I both know that we won't be able to run forever. But for as long as God lets us, we're going to enjoy it. GREAT JOB GAYLE - YOU MAKE ME PROUD. Way to go Gayle!
