Range of goods available are amazing. A good example would be this clock here, which you can find at Westmall level 1 for SGD$60 . On taobao, it costs me only SGD$44. These few salespersons from California Fitness probably saw through that. Techniques like "no-buts interruption", "hide possible problems under the carpet" and "exploiting weaknesses through high-pressure" were very well executed.
