The Mandarin's Tea: Jin Jun Mei & The Rose Program Chocolate
http://themandarinstea.blogspot.com/2010/07/jin-jun-mei-rose-program-chocolate.html
Wednesday, July 21, 2010. Jin Jun Mei and The Rose Program Chocolate. Unlike expresso with chocolate, tea and cocoa are not a common paring. or should it be? Passing my own standard of writing an educational tea article has been even harder. Most tea drinkers have a murky idea between Chinese tea tasting. And ceremony at our tea room tastings. I have to make clear that we aren't performing a ceremony. Instead, I just want them to listen and enjoy the tea. He replied with a ...
