Chateau La Mouline Moulis En Medoc 2000. 保存状態悪く，コルクはカビ付き．匂いは雑巾みたいで，口に含むとしょうゆのような味とヒノキのような香り． Cycles Gladiator pinot noir 2010. 2009年が素晴らしかったので2010年も試してみたが，こちらの方が控えめな印象．やや苦みが勝っていて料理の邪魔にもなるし，後味は苦みしか残らないので杯が進まない．ワインの良しあしは繊細なバランスの上に立っているのだと改めて実感した． Cycles Gladiator Pinot Noir 2009. Fujimaru last night in Kobe. 綿谷の肉ぶっ掛け（豚）とタコのてんぷら。肉とうどんは最高のタッグ。タコは身が衣からするりと抜けた。噛み切れないのだからみんなこうなるのか？足一本の長いてんぷらが珍しかったが普通のぶつ切りでよい気がする。 うどん一屋こっちのぶっ掛けは牛肉。肉は皿に好きなだけ盛れる。味はうまいが冷たい麵だと肉の油が白く固まる。たぶん肉がやや冷めているからか？ スペイン産．始め酸っぱすぎるかと思ったが，少し時間が経てば飲みやすくなる． Born 1986. Brown Brothers Merlot 2009. オーストラリア産．メルロー．店の値札は2100円だったがレジでは1450円だった． 酸味は酸っぱくはなくピリピリ舌を心地よく刺激するような感じ．その酸味と甘い香りは程よいバランス．香りだけだとやや甘ったるい感じ．2009年てもうすぐ4年前になるのか・・・．樽の香りなどはほとんどなし． フランス，メルロ，カベルネ・ソーヴィニョン，カベルネ・フラン． 香りはまとまっているが薄い．酸味が強すぎる．苦み強い．渋みは程々． オーストラリア産，サンジョベーセ，シラーズ． 涼しげな香りと酸味，樹液やドクぺの様な清涼感と湿っぽい感じがある．枯葉が深く積もった森のような味わい． タムロンレンズの手ぶれ補正は強力．シャッターボタン半押しにすると手ぶれ補正が作動状態になるのだが，その瞬間被写体がびしっと張り付いて動かなくなる感じ． スペイン産，ボデガス，イベニェドス，ゴデリア． スペイン産．テンプラニーリョ，カベルネソーヴィニョン． Born 1986. The Chicago Reader sucks and needs to die. Saturday, December 17, 2005. I have chosen to stay and suck. A flurry of scrappy contentiousness. Whipped up by a recent post reminded me of something that's confounded me for a while now: the irrational loyalty that low-to-medium-level Reader staffers cherish for their employer. I really feel for these people. Clearly they've internalized the ideology of their oppressors, and their careers are paying the price. Just something to think about.
