Pie Making 101: a hands on class where you will learn how to make a no-fail, delicious flaky crust. You will make an Apple Pie that you will take home. Enjoy a complimentary slice of pie and tea/coffee. Students need to bring a rolling pin, an apron and a pastry cutter. This class is $50 and will last approx 2 ½ hrs. Class size is limited. Learn how to make the perfect fruit scone. We will show tips on using seasonal fruits or dried fruits for delicious scones every time. Class size is limited to 8 people.
