Friday, October 27, 2006. اذهب للسوبرماركت لشراء شىء اكله فى الدقائق المتاحة لى – او التى اتييحها لنفسى – لاستريح من ساعات العمل الطويلة. ادخل فى الاتجاه المحدد لما اريد شراؤه. يفاجئنى ذلك العامل الجالس عند احدى ال"كاشير" بابتسامته المبهجة؛ و التى دائما تشعرنى بفرح كبير‘ حلم و امل فى قلب هذا الولد. افاجأ، و اتجنب النظر اليه . لقد نسيت! كان فى غاية الامل و الاحراج؛ فقد شعر اننا كلنا "مشغولون" بما هو "اهم" فى الشركة. تأسف كثيرا، ترك تليفونه و مضى شاكرا لنا جدا. Sunday, November 30, 2008. أتأمل في شخصية ما تثير ضحكي أحيانا و امتعاضي أحيانا أخري. شخصية تكذب كذبة و تصدق نفسها و تعيشها بالكامل، شخصية تصر علي القول" أنا متواضع و لا أحب الكلام عن نفسي أبدا" و لكنه لا يمل من الحديث بصفة مستمرة عن غيرة الآخرين منه ومن نجاحه الذي هو من وجهة نظري نجاح مصطنع أو مسروق. فارغ ليقضي الأوقات في التفكير كيف يدس نفسه وسط المجتمعات اياها. Saturday, March 29, 2008. بدأ الربيع في بلدنا، ما أجمل اللون الأخضر و سائر الألوان الجميلة الموجودة في الطبيعة في بداياتها أعني في بداية نضارتها قبل أن يلوثها التراب و الزمن والقبح، إستمتعت بها حقيقة. إقتنعت تماما أنه علينا أن نهرب أحيانا في لحظة مخطوفة من الزمن و نوجه أنظارنا لما هو جميل كي يغسل داخلنا مما يتراكم فيها من تعب و أحقاد و مشاكل، توجيه النظر هو إختيار شخصي.

Friday, October 20, 2006. احيانا نتعامل مع ناس يجبروننا ان نخرج ابشع ما عندنا من ردود أفعال و ذلك فقط لإجبارهم علي رؤية الأمور كما نراها أو لحماية أنفسنا من عدم فهمهم للأمور كما نفهمها نحن. الوم نفسي كثيرا عندما أتصرف بتلك الطريقة العنيفة مع شخص ما، ثم افأجأ ان ذلك الشخص لم يشعر بأي غضاضة في هذا و علي العكس مستمر في أسلوبه و كأن شيئا لم يكن ، يا تري الغلط فين.
