The ICU continue to work hard to keep him alive. Heather and Amiee stayed with me. We never left him alone and continued to pray. One day he opened his eyes! The next day they removed the ventaltor. Tuesday, March 26, 2013. Hello My Lonely Blog. Where did the time go? It's been almost two months since I have made a blog post. Where have I been? Around the world and back again. Sailing the high seas on Bead Cruise 2013. What did I learn? How to rivet metal. Thanks to Tracy Stanley. She showed me how to swing that hammer and rivet. I swore I would always be faithful to my seed beads. Now I see an oppurtunity to mix seed beads with these metal creations. This is my first rivet pendant.

Monday, May 11, 2015. Today was the 18th year that I haven't seen my Mom or kids on Mother's Day. Happy Mother's Day Mom! I try not to dwell on the sadness I feel living so far away from my family. It isn't easy being a long distance Mom. 17 months is a long time to go without seeing them. Thank goodness for phone calls and long distance wishes for a Happy Mother's Day. Ray, Jennifer, Amiee and Heather. Art wrote me a note for Mother's Day. I can only say Thank You for being the love of my life!

Saturday, February 28, 2015. Well, February was a short month, but it sure wasn't less snowy or warmer! The Vermont snowfalls continued and the temps fell regularly below 0 degrees! What's a girl to do to get her miles in? Go to Arizona for 11 days (excluding travel days)! Not only go to Arizona but do a half marathon! This certainly was going to put a crimp in my goal of adding daily mileage during my Arizona stay. And good company (thanks David! This is how I logged close to 41 miles while in Arizona!
