Owning my shit….right. Let’s face it, I am not a young girl anymore and probably should have figured all this out by now, so I am playing catchup. Not too bad, coffee in a larger setting is still taking some bit to get used to but I keep putting myself out there. Sometimes, I say something that gets ignored which is ok. I”ll repeat it later. Mine is food- for comfort, boredom, emotional healing and watching movies. I get clingy when I get scared or feel alone. I judge myself harshly and am way to critical.
