I am NO Gym Rat’s Blog. Just another WordPress.com weblog. I threw my back out yesterday while walking through NYC. Actually I’m pretty sure it’s a pinched nerve. It’s in my upper back. And it hurts. I think it’s from having to twist this way and that way to avoid the people who just bulldoze their way down the sidewalks. With no regard for anyone else. Did I mention it hurts? But I guess that this just means that now is the perfect time to look into some of the other aspects of living a healthy life.
