Parades reschedualed due to weather. Three carnival krewes scheduled to roll tonight in New Orleans have either rescheduled or cancelled because of the weather, said a spokesman for New Orleans Police Department. The Krewe of Muses has reschuled for Friday at 8 pm. And the Knights of Babylon will roll Sunday at 11 am. Said Officer Gary Flot. The Knights of Chaos has decided not to parade.
