Sears No Lemon Policy Sucks. Monday, May 21, 2007. After a week, we call the 1-800 number and we find out that the parts were never ordered. Also, we get a CSR that tells us that the lemon line is open on Saturdays! Either the repair guy or the CSR, but someone is lying. We demand the number to the lemon line so we can make our case that we should get a new fridge. The person on the phone even tells us that based on our history, we should get one. Then why can't they order it for us? How It All Began.

Hhhhhmmm, we can get this sucker replaced if it happens again, right? Next time something happens, we're going to request to get the refrigerator replaced. We stare at the fridge and say, "If you don't act up, we're going to send you back, whether you like it or not." Now we're starting to talk to the fridge.
